**dunDesk** is the management app for small and mid-sized guesthouses and for people letting an apartment or a cabin. The owner has everything they need every day in one place: a calendar of every booking, the day's arrivals and departures, housekeeping, the state of each room, prices and reports.

## Bookings right on the calendar

To make a booking, you select the room's free nights right on the calendar. The app proposes the price from the property's rate card, with separate weekend rates, extra beds and options such as breakfast. A booking can hold several rooms, even on different dates.

- **Sync with Booking.com and Airbnb:** a room sold there shows as taken here.
- **Guest payments per booking:** deposit and balance due.
- **Any list as a PDF:** for the front desk or the cleaning staff.

## Built for guesthouses, not hotels

Hotel software is expensive and complicated for a guesthouse with a handful of rooms. dunDesk is made for small properties and knows the rules of the country the property stands in: for example, it fills in Romania's accommodation occupancy sheet and works out the local stay tax.

It also includes:

- **dedicated Android and iOS apps**, alongside the browser version on desktop and phones;
- **a Romanian and English interface**;
- **a filterable reservations list:** channel, what was collected and what the guest still owes;
- **several companies and properties** on the same installation, each with its own data;
- **a subscription paid online by card**, with the invoice issued automatically and the VAT number checked at sign-up;
- **protected accounts** with two-step verification and passkeys.
