EU-funded projects
We deliver EU-funded digitalization projects that meet every requirement: the technical solution for the funding application, compliant deliverables, documentation and the “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH) principle.
What you get
Besides the technical side, an EU-funded project has strict rules: what can be funded, how deliverables are described, which documents implementation requires and how you prove at the end that everything promised was delivered. We work with you and with the consultant writing the project from the funding application onwards: we define the technical solution, write the specifications and estimate realistically what can be delivered within the project timeline.
Then we build the solution end to end, with deliverables that meet the programme requirements, technical and user documentation and infrastructure that respects the DNSH principle. We also support you through monitoring, checks and reporting, until the project closes and during the sustainability period.

Frequently asked questions
What kinds of projects can be funded?
Usually digitalization projects: websites, online stores, web or mobile platforms and applications, management software and the infrastructure they run on. What exactly is eligible depends on the programme and the call for funding, so we check with your consultant what fits your project.
Do we also handle the funding application?
We handle the technical part of the application: the solution, the specifications and the description of the deliverables. The application itself is usually written by an EU funding consultant, with whom we work closely so the technical and administrative parts match.
What does the DNSH principle mean?
“Do No Significant Harm” means the project must not cause significant harm to the environment. For software, that means efficient code, correctly sized servers and energy-efficient infrastructure. We document these choices so you can prove compliance during checks.
Which documents do we receive at the end of the project?
The technical and user documentation, the acceptance documents for the deliverables and the evidence you need for checks and reporting. We prepare them according to your programme's requirements.
Do we take part in tenders?
Yes. We take part in tenders organised within EU-funded projects and can offer custom solutions, on both the software and the hardware side, tailored to the requirements in the tender specifications.
Do we also supply hardware?
Yes. We supply configured hardware: servers and the infrastructure they need (networking, storage, backup power), installed and ready for the project's software, so everything works from day one.
What happens after the project ends?
We stay with you during the sustainability period: we maintain the solution, run updates and backups and help with the information required for monitoring. Every project comes with at least a one-year warranty, and complex projects with at least two years.
