SaaS platforms

We turn a product idea into a complete SaaS platform: from architecture and MVP to subscriptions, scaling and operations. We have built platforms like these for architecture, education, hospitality and sport.

What you get

A successful SaaS product starts with the right questions. Together with you, we analyse the needs of your business and of the people who will use the platform, look at the market and the solutions that already exist, and propose what the project needs to succeed: the essential features for the first version, the subscription model and the direction of the next stages.

Then we build the platform end to end: architecture, interface design, development, testing, hosting and launch. After launch we stay with you, with monitoring, updates and development in stages. You have a single partner for the whole project, not several teams you have to coordinate yourself.

Frequently asked questions

What is an MVP and why start with one?

The MVP is the platform's first version, with the essential features, launched quickly to real users. That way you learn early what really matters to them, and we plan the next stages together based on their feedback, instead of spending months building features nobody uses.

How is my customers' data protected?

Each of your customers using the platform sees only its own data, kept apart from the others. Rules and permissions are enforced directly in the database, not just in the interface, and accounts are protected with two-step verification and passkeys. Data is backed up automatically, and the platform is GDPR compliant: consent, data export and deletion.

Can the platform grow with the number of users?

Yes. The architecture is designed from the start for many of your customers, each with its own users, and the platform is monitored continuously. When the load grows, we scale it without rebuilding it.

Can I also have mobile apps for the platform?

Yes. We build iOS and Android apps that use the same backend as the web platform, so the data is always the same, wherever your users work. The apps can also use phone features such as push notifications or QR code scanning.

How are subscriptions collected?

Through recurring card payments, for example via Stripe or Netopia. Invoices are issued automatically, through SmartBill or Oblio, and your customers can see their subscription, payments and invoices in their account.

What happens after launch?

We stay with you: we monitor the platform, run backups and security updates, and keep developing it in stages. For complex projects, the warranty is at least 2 years.
