Which platform is right for my store?
We recommend proven platforms we know well. PrestaShop suits large catalogs and many sales features, WooCommerce suits those who already have a WordPress site or want plenty of content next to the store, and OpenCart suits a simple store that is easy to run. We choose together, based on your catalog size, the integrations you need and who will run it. When needed, we write custom modules.
Why not a subscription platform or an AI-generated store?
On a closed platform you depend on its subscription, rules and limits, and a store generated with AI by someone without experience is rarely well built. On PrestaShop, OpenCart or WooCommerce, the store and the data are yours, it can be integrated with any system, and we optimize it for speed, for Google and for AI assistants. The difference shows in load times, in search rankings and in sales.
Can I import the products I already have?
Yes. We import products from Excel or CSV files, from your old store or from supplier feeds, with images, variants and prices. If you already have a store, old URLs permanently redirect to the new pages, so you keep your Google rankings.
Which payment methods and couriers can I use?
Card payments through processors such as Netopia, EuPlatesc or Stripe, plus cash on delivery and bank transfer. For delivery, we integrate couriers such as FAN Courier, Sameday or Cargus: the shipping label is generated from the order and the customer gets a tracking number. Invoices can be issued automatically, for example through SmartBill.
Can I run the store myself?
Yes. Products, prices, stock, orders and promotions are managed from the store's admin panel, with no technical knowledge needed. At handover we show you how it works, and we stay available for anything else.
Who takes care of the domain, hosting and content?
We can take care of everything needed: the domain, hosting on servers configured for the store, the SSL certificate, backups and updates. For content, you give us what you have (products, photos, texts) and we do the rest.
