What you get
AI is not the answer to everything, so we start from the problem: which tasks take up time, which information is hard to find, which decisions could be backed by data. Together we analyse your processes and data and propose where AI is worth using, with which model and how we measure the result.
We combine AI with automations through MCP systems: the model understands the request and decides what needs doing, and the operations run through controlled functions connected to your systems. That way we increase the system's performance and ensure the operations are correct, without letting the model guess data or steps.
Then we build the system end to end: data preparation, choosing and adapting the model, integration into the applications you use, the interface, the infrastructure (in the cloud or on your own servers, when the data must stay in-house) and monitoring after launch. Where can AI help my company?
Most often where time is lost on information: an assistant that answers customers or colleagues from your company's documents, automatic data extraction from invoices, contracts or forms, summaries and reports, request classification and fast document search. We start from your processes and tell you honestly where AI brings a gain and where it doesn't.
What does fine-tuning mean and when is it needed?
Fine-tuning means further training a model on your examples, so it learns the style, terms and format of your field. Often it isn't needed: an assistant that searches your documents and answers from them gives very good results without retraining. We recommend the right option once we see the data and what the system must do.
Is my data safe? Can it stay in-house?
Yes. We can use model providers' business APIs, which don't use your data for training, or open-source models running on your own servers, so the data never leaves your company. Access is role-based, and the system is GDPR compliant.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
We build the system to answer from your sources and show where each answer comes from, test it on real questions before launch and monitor it afterwards. For important decisions, a person confirms the result before it is used.
Can AI be integrated into the applications we already use?
Yes. We integrate it into your website, your web or mobile apps, your CRM or your email flow, through APIs. We also build agents that work directly with your systems, to automate entire steps of a process.
What infrastructure is needed?
It depends on the solution. For models offered through an API, a regular application server is enough. For locally run models or fine-tuning, you need servers with graphics cards (GPUs), in the cloud or on your premises. We set them up and maintain them.
