BIMUtils has several products for BIM design: a web platform, add-ons for architecture software and a licensing system. Instead of a separate account in each product, we built BIMUtils ID: a single account you sign in to once, and every product recognises you.
Security without the hassle
BIMUtils ID is the identity provider for the whole ecosystem. It handles:
- registration with email confirmation;
- passwords and password reset;
- two-step verification, by email code or authenticator app;
- passkeys: sign-in with a fingerprint, Face ID or a security key;
- the active sessions on every device.
Sign-out works the Google way: leaving one product ends the session across the browser. An add-on open in several instances of the architecture software signs out in one move.
Organisations managed in one place
Companies manage their members, invitations and each product's roles here. A colleague is added once, not once per app, and changes reach the products instantly through signed events.
The interface is in Romanian and English. Legal documents (terms, privacy, data processing) are accepted on first sign-in, and people can always see which products they have used their account in.

BIMUtils ID is the front door to the whole ecosystem:
